The final countdown has commenced… DVLA Personalised Registrations has warned that anyone wishing to give a personalised registration as a Christmas present have only a matter of days to do so if they want the gift for the big day!

While personalised registrations can be bought all year round, Friday, December 14, is the last day in which the DVLA can guarantee – Royal Mail permitting - to get the relevant paperwork mailed out in time for Christmas.

Damian Lawson, marketing manager for DVLA Personalised Registrations commented: “Personalised Registrations have become hugely popular presents and we would hate to have any disappointed customers – hence why we’re issuing this warning.

“With the choice of around 30 million prefix or current style registrations available and prices starting from £250 all inclusive, we should have something to suit everyone.”

The DVLA Personalised Registrations telesales service will close at 12 noon on December 24. Normal hours of business will resume from December 27, however the service will be closed on New Years Day.
